We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused banking expert to join our team as an RBC Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clients in all areas of the branch and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Utilize technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales
  • Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with financial transactions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals
Requirements:
  • Must-have: Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it, demonstrated passion for putting clients first, problem-solving and people skills, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Nice-to-have: Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the finance or service sector
