We are seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Young Fellas Construction Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all hallways, floors, and stairs are clean and free of debris.
  • Industrial Vacuum Cleaning: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
