About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Glass Doctor Of Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a secure and watertight seal
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware, ensuring proper alignment and function
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures, using specialized tools and techniques
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate and efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation and repair
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy glass products and equipment
