Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing on plant production to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Assist in research and development projects by conducting laboratory tests and communicating results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and order supplies as needed
- Support operations by performing tests to improve plant efficiency and rework non-conforming product
- Communicate test results to the Sales team and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Technology or Technologist Diploma (Chemical Engineering Technology or Technologist Diploma also applicable)
- Relevant laboratory work experience considered an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Experience using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
