The Vehicle Detailer plays a crucial role in ensuring that every vehicle delivered to our customers meets the highest standards of quality and appearance. As an exterior specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously detailing each vehicle to create a positive first impression. This includes pre-washing vehicles before production, cleaning and detailing all assigned vehicles prior to final delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning vehicle exteriors by hand or using washing equipment
- Polishing, drying, and cleaning windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body
- Protecting and preserving automobile exteriors by buffing, polishing, and applying waxes
- Vacuuming, shampooing, adding air freshener, and cleaning vehicle interiors
- Inspecting body and refinish repairs for deficiencies that may impact the quality of the delivery process
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Able to use selected vendor materials and general supplies efficiently and cost-effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning through Assured/industry-related training
