About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive quality improvement initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management, with experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for quality improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and coaching to staff on quality improvement methodologies and patient safety best practices

Requirements

- Degree in a regulated health discipline or business administration (Masters preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Involvement in quality improvement and/or risk management initiatives within a hospital/healthcare setting
- Certification in patient safety and risk management (or in progress) or completion of a project management program (preferred)
