We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Travelodge Quesnel.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in the hospitality industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure guest information is up-to-date.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Dependability: Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
