Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Travelodge Quesnel.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in the hospitality industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
