Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Operations: Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, including financial and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and a large caseload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, and ability to work in a team.
