GTA Caring Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as office management and clerical duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
This is a temporary position, working 30 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
