Job Title: Senior Digital VIP Manager

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital VIP Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend strategic business plans to acquire, retain, and win the loyalty of digital VIP customers.
  • Lead the execution of the VIP business plan to improve customer experiences, retain VIPs, and grow our digital market share.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the VIP program, including bonusing, experiential events, and hosting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and alignment across internal teams.
  • Participate in agile lab teams to ideate, develop, and launch innovative products and experiences related to our VIP customers.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in VIP, hospitality, sales acquisition, or loyalty marketing.
  • Experience with gaming, sports betting, and lottery is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Proven track record of high-end customer management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
