Senior Digital VIP Manager

OLG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital VIP Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies to acquire, retain, and grow our digital VIP customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend strategic business plans to drive VIP customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to improve VIP customer experiences.
  • Oversee the execution of VIP business plans to achieve revenue growth and customer retention targets.
  • Manage and monitor the financial aspects of the VIP program, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including VIP customers, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP customer management and loyalty marketing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in VIP, hospitality, sales acquisition, or loyalty marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention in a digital environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented work style.
