Customer Service Representative

Brandt is currently seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the commercial vehicle industry.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming inventory availability, and responding to pricing inquiries.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be part of a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience using multiple web applications and programs, as well as the ability to navigate through various systems while responding to incoming customer inquiries.
Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset, but not necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels
- Accurately fulfill parts order requests from clients
- Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers
- Offer parts support and assistance to other Brandt field staff members
- Collaborate with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options to satisfy their parts requests
Required Skills
- Experienced multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented to maintain accuracy in customer parts requests
- Active listener able to understand customers through two-way engagement
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is considered an asset
