Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest reservations, payments, and other transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance are clean and well-maintained, providing a positive first impression for guests.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and in-house activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk, night audit, or a related field is an asset.
