Event Coordinator

Mag Events Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Develop and implement event plans, including marketing and communication strategies, media relations, and logistics.
- Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Registration: Implement registration systems and manage attendee data.
- Logistics: Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage of event materials.
- Communication: Develop and implement communication plans, including email and social media campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
