The Opportunity

Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary who is skilled in system design and configuration, identification of business process modifications, and design document creation. The ideal candidate will be able to execute on test script identification and end-user training development, and will have a talent for prioritizing and multitasking. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to prepare and deliver first-rate presentations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 6-10 years of experience with Salesforce cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with prior manufacturing experience
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
  • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on a deep understanding of client challenges

Additional Experience Preferred:

Project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings. Experience as a functional application specialist, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.

Estimated Compensation Range:

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $222,000.
