Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance awareness among employees.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior compliance leadership role, preferably in the casino gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or equivalent.
  • Superior knowledge of the Gaming Control Act, 1992, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Sportsbook and iGaming.
  • Accounting and auditing principles/standards.
  • Familiarity with various computer systems and applications.
