Job Title: Director of Compliance

At Hard Rock International (USA), Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compliance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance-related systems and programs to ensure adherence to federal, provincial, and municipal regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure the company's compliance programs are aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
