We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team at Royal Paan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
