Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Quinte Home Builders Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing designs according to standards, while overseeing and maintaining quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party consultants
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in civil engineering
- Registered with PEO
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- Contract negotiations and management skills
- Computer knowledge, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, estimating, and related software
