We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors for canoe trips. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guidance and support to our youth participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in the wilderness.
Responsibilities- Lead 1-2 weeklong wilderness canoe treks, working directly with scouts to ensure their safety and well-being
- Teach outdoor skills and act as a role model, promoting character development and teamwork
- Support base camp operations through various custodial chores and administrative tasks
- Work effectively with both youth and adults, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Age 18 or older
- Available for the summer from late May to August
- Passion for outdoor adventure and mentoring youth
- Ability to think critically and function independently with minimal supervision

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $1525/month, as well as food and housing for our staff members. In addition, we offer the opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment, surrounded by nature and like-minded individuals.
