Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Ramada Merritt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
