Hotel Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to take on a leadership role? TEGH HOLDINGS LTD. is seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this full-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including supervising and coordinating activities of cleaning staff, inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and recommending additional services as needed.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal productivity
- Inspect sites or facilities regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, to enhance guest satisfaction and property value
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed, providing support and guidance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Coordinate work activities with other departments, fostering strong relationships and effective communication among teams
- Establish work schedules and allocate tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and workload management
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate staff, promoting a positive work environment and excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, with the ability to apply knowledge to maintain a safe working environment
