About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
