About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
