Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to optimize workflow.
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors effectively.
  • Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress closely.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate necessary revisions and changes.
  • Utilize CADD and other software systems for project planning.
  • Interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings accurately.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Direct the procurement of building materials and land.
