Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Skyview Contracting. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
  • Plan and organize project schedules, milestones, and budgets
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit project budget estimates and proposals
  • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Oversee data analysis and information management
  • Prepare project reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
