We are a rapidly growing company looking for a talented IT Service Desk Agent to join our team at DriverCheck Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external users, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and performing administrative and configuration tasks in systems to ensure correct operation and privacy compliance.

To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of one year's experience in information technology or a technical support role, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail. A college or university diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field is also required.

Benefits include dental care, an employee assistance program, extended health care, and paid time off. The schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required.
