We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bombay Brow Bar Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to ensure seamless sales operations.

The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for supporting newcomers and refugees, including recruiting and providing on-the-job training tailored to their needs.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
