Job Title: Shipper Receiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper Receiver to join our team at Encore Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including inspecting packages for damage and verifying contents against records.
  • Pack and label materials for shipping, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment and perform physical tasks to load, unload, and move shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including shipping and receiving logs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Work Environment:

Our warehouse operations take place in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to outdoor temperatures and varying noise levels. Team members must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
