En tant que Designer de produit, votre mission est d'enrichir l'expérience de nos employés en prestation de service. Vous jouez un rôle clé en tant qu'expert UX et UI, en accompagnant nos partenaires dans divers mandats d'intervention et de développement. Vous serez responsable de la conception et de la livraison de solutions fonctionnelles optimales et innovatrices, de la phase initiale de conception jusqu'à la mise en ligne des produits.

Responsabilités principales
  • Collaborer avec nos partenaires pour comprendre leurs objectifs et leurs besoins d'affaires.
  • Travailler étroitement avec les Product Owners (PO), les rédacteurs UX et les développeurs.
  • Participer activement aux séances d'idéation, de planification et à l'élaboration des projets.
  • Créer des wireframes, des prototypes, des maquettes haute-fidélités et des spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Valider les besoins utilisateurs et définir les parcours utilisateurs ainsi que l'expérience souhaitée.
  • Convaincre les partenaires de la solution et présenter vos propositions reliées à l'expérience utilisateur.
  • Effectuer et partager une vigie des meilleures tendances Web
Profil recherché
  • Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
  • Un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience pertinente
  • Expérience en mode agile
Connaissances spécifiques
  • Maîtrise des spécifications techniques numériques (web et mobile)
  • Maîtrise de Figma
  • Connaissance du responsive design et des principes de grille
  • Connaissance des notions d'accessibilité
  • Connaissance des plateformes Confluence et Jira

La candidature devra être accompagnée d'un portfolio témoignant d'une excellence en matière de conception d'interactions, de conception visuelle, de conception de présentations et de résolution de problèmes.
