About the Role

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing exceptional client experiences.

Job Description
  • Greet clients and answer questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Help clients use banking applications and ABMs to manage their finances effectively.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide personalized advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills to foster lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by delivering exceptional service.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Maintain compliance and risk management rules while ensuring adherence to company policies.
About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience and an inclusive attitude.
  • A positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • The ability to adapt to different situations and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
