About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Technician to join our team at Dubbeldam Inc. as a key member of our design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and other technical documents to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the supervision of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and inspect work.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
