Job Title: Architectural Technician

P.M.P. VENTURES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in supervising construction projects, preparing working drawings, and monitoring and inspecting work. The successful candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in supervising construction projects, including estimating costs and materials
  • Prepare working drawings and presentation graphics
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
  • Supervise architectural technical staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Write specifications and assist in design development
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Construct architectural and display models
  • Assist in design development and prepare presentation graphics
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) using AutoCAD and SketchUp
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and SketchUp
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and organized with a strong attention to detail
