BATTAGLIA ARCHITECT INC. is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, analyzing technical documents and reports, and tendering contracts. You will also be involved in preparing working drawings, supervising architectural technical staff, and writing specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work under pressure. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for design and development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and tender contracts
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications

  • Assist in design development
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
  • Computer-aided design (CAD)

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
