We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Concierge to join our team at Boardwalk. As a Security Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Presence: Be a visible presence on site to ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by opening doors, assisting with bags, and responding to resident needs.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits, patrol the exterior and interior of the property, and inspect all areas to ensure they are safe and secure.
- Reporting: Complete daily reports and submit them to the leader, ensuring all correspondence with residents is noted in the Tenant Memo field.
- Emergency Response: Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and on-call maintenance assistance.
- Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, including replacing burnt-out lights, garbage pick-up, snow removal, and touch-up painting as needed.
- Experience: 2 years of customer service and/or security experience preferred.
- Security License: Security license required.
- Technical Skills: Computer experience is required, with web-based programs preferred. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology.
- Non-Technical Skills: Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, ability to take responsibility for actions and decisions, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
