Overview:
As a Service Ambassador for Food and Beverage Services at DENNY'S RESTAURANTS, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve food, present bills, and provide top-notch customer service to our valued patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Presents bills to customers and accepts payment in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Describes menu items and offers recommendations to customers, helping them make informed choices that meet their tastes and preferences.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and provide recommendations to create a welcoming atmosphere and build customer loyalty.
  • Orders and maintains inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that our beverage service is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
  • Performs sensory evaluation of wines to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Takes orders and relays them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that our customers receive their food and beverages promptly and accurately.
