Nursery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Edgewater Plants Inc.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the health and well-being of our plants.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control reported insect, disease, and weed problems to prevent damage to our plants.
- Order materials and stock as needed to maintain a healthy and thriving nursery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a hot environment with odours and outdoors.
Our nursery is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of plants, including ferns, perennials, berry bushes, seasonal plants, ornamental trees, shrubs, and hedges.
