Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JRT Nurseries Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant quality, quantity, and diversity.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage inventory, ordering materials and stock as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a hot environment, outdoors, and with odours.
- Physical capabilities to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- On-site housing options available.
- Work language: English.
