Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JRT Nurseries Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the health and well-being of our plants and staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for plant growth, pest management, and inventory control.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of materials and stock, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- 1-2 years of experience in a nursery or greenhouse setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Our nursery is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality plants and exceptional customer service. As a Nursery Manager, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
