Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Pancotto Enterprises Ltd o/a McDonalds Restaurants is seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Prepare and package food and beverages for customers, including portioning and wrapping items.
  • Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas as needed.
  • Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
