Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Pancotto Enterprises Ltd o/a McDonalds Restaurants is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
