Responsabilités
  • Répondre de manière efficace aux demandes des clients
  • Entrer avec précision les commandes dans le système selon les demandes du client
  • Suggérer des produits/services connexes offerts par l'entreprise
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes pour garantir la satisfaction-client
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par rapport aux produits et au statut de leur demande
  • Collaborer avec plusieurs départements à l'interne
  • Réaliser toutes autres tâches connexes
Qualifications
  • Minimum de 2 à 5 années d'expérience en vente interne B2B dans un domaine de distribution lié à l'industriel ou la construction
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication parlé et écrit
  • Un anglais de niveau intermédiaire
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités
  • Expérience avec les systèmes ERP et/ou CRM
  • Attitude positive, personnalité et axé sur les résultats
