Occupational Therapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care that promote optimal health and engagement in daily activities for individuals and their families.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
• Provide evidence-based interventions and education to promote independence and participation in daily activities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote person-centered care

• Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
