Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Husky Williams Lake is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal sales coverage.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely restocking.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
