Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Husky Williams Lake is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
