Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with our healthcare team.
  • Coordinate resident assessments and service plans, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor our Care Services team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • RN or RPN designation with current registration.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Knowledge of seniors' retirement housing and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
