The Role:
As a Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating individualized care for residents. This includes coordinating resident assessments and service plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies
- Coach and support Care Services team members
Qualifications:
- RN or RPN designation with current registration
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of seniors' retirement housing and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
