Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Coordinate resident assessments and service plans with healthcare professionals.
  • Lead a team of care services staff to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and training to care services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • RN or RPN designation with current registration.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Knowledge of seniors' retirement housing and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
