The Mobility House is a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions, dedicated to creating an emissions-free energy and mobility future. With a strong partner ecosystem and a proven track record of successful projects, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to lead the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on end-to-end solutions for charging infrastructure projects, from pre-sales stages through commissioning and operations go-live
  • Estimate project timelines and costs, recommend optimal equipment and installation locations, and identify potential project risks
  • Manage TMH hardware installation and commissioning, coordinate project execution stakeholders, and communicate with customers and partners
  • Support hardware-related project tasks, onboard and train remote site commissioning partners, and provide construction feedback to support sales efforts
  • Follow established implementation processes and propose potential process improvements
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and managing infrastructure construction projects, with at least 2 years of hands-on field deployment experience
  • Expertise in conducting pre-sales assessments, soliciting and reviewing contractor quotes, and anticipating potential challenges and obstacles
  • Proven experience in external stakeholder management, including influencing stakeholders to adopt new technologies and best practices
  • Previous involvement as a liaison between internal stakeholders in infrastructure development or pre-construction roles
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and use deductive diagnosis to solve tech issues affecting hardware and software combinations
  • Experience using project management tools, such as SmartSheets, to create streamlined workflows and optimize efficiency
  • Electrical knowledge, including understanding of fundamental electrical concepts, interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams, and familiarity with safety standards and practices related to electrical systems
  • Basic networking knowledge, including familiarity with key networking concepts, understanding of network infrastructure and topology, and ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and network engineers
