Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disaster Restoration Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster of Calgary. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify restoration needs and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Lead and manage restoration teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their restoration needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in disaster restoration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading restoration teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
